All reservations made with SARDINIA HOLIDAY RENTALS (PART OF JUST SARDINIA) will be dependent to the above Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

SARDINIA HOLIDAY RENTALS (PART OF JUST SARDINIA) is an online reservation center for touristic services and vacation rentals and it works on behalf of third parties.
For those reasons, SARDINIA HOLIDAY RENTALS (PART OF JUST SARDINIA) can’t be responsible for late check-in, change in rental prices, damages, thefts, accidents or for things that won’t function properly inside the property.
Finally, SARDINIA HOLIDAY RENTALS (PART OF JUST SARDINIA), can’t respond for noises and other problems caused by neighbours.

DISCLAIMER

During the whole rental’s period, the tenant will be the only responsible for the property and for every damage occurred to it; tenants have to leave the property in the same conditions of cleanliness they’ve found it.
Property’s owners can refuse reservations or requests made by customers that don’t meet all requirements.
The owner may have problems, i.e. natural damages, for that he can’t rent the property; in this case the entire rental rate will be refunded without any other consequences for the owner.

Customers are the only responsible for the property’s choice and for their reservation.
If customers won’t be satisfied, they have to make their complaint to the property’s owner, that can make change to the property or try to help you in being pleased.
SARDINIA HOLIDAY RENTALS (PART OF JUST SARDINIA), works as an agent between customers and owners; it has the only function to advertize properties and to help customers in online booking;
so that the lease will be intended exclusively between tenants and property’s owner.

We finally ask customers to check all the property’s details qou’re interested in, and to contact us for every questions or doubt.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Security deposit and credit cards

At the moment of arrival, should be asked a security deposit; this amount is mentioned explicity in every box relative to the choosen property in the website; the security deposit will be used as guarantee in case of damages to the property during the rental period, or for an extra cleaning if something will be left in different conditions than customers found at the moment of arrival.
The security deposit has to be given to the property’s owner or to the SARDINIA HOLIDAY RENTALS (PART OF JUST SARDINIA)’s agent, and will be given back the day of leaving in case won’t be any problems; otherwise after checking the amount of the damage/damages, customers can gave the deposit back.

Check-in

Check-in will be at 17.00 of the arrival day; in case of delay in flights and, for consequence, delay in meeting the SARDINIA HOLIDAY RENTALS (PART OF JUST SARDINIA)’s agent, will wait until 1h and 15 min. After flight’s take off (but only in case there’s no taxi transfer booked).
Of course we ask our customers to give us a phone calls for every delay or any other problems;
In case the delay of the check-in is due to customers negligence, we’ll apply a penalty of euro 7,50 for every 30 minutes; any check-in after 20.00 pm, will have an extra charge with a penalty of euro 20, 00.
For customers that arrive before 17.00 pm, we’ll pffer the opportunity to leave luggages in Hotel Angedras, with a payment of euro 5.00, and the possibility to use toilets and bar.

Check-out

Check-out will be at 10.00 in the morning of departure. Every request for a different check.out time, have to be decided with our cleaning’s personnel.
Early check-out (before 8.00 in the morning), will have a charge of euro 20.00.
Late check-out will involve the payment of the whole day of rent.

Tenants are responsible for the property’s keys from the moment they will received them from the owner.
To forget the key inside the property, to lose them or to btoke or to damage the lock, involve the payment of a penalty:
1) To forget keys: euro 10,00 that will be kept from the security deposit;
2) To lose or to broke the lock: euro 25.00. in case the lock need to be chenged ot the keys need to be duplicated the penalty will depend on the total amount of the repair; the amount will be kept from the security deposit as well.

The housekeeping has a cost of euro 50,00; in any case we recommend to look the relative details’s box of the choosen property to know the exact amount.

All property are organised in a self-catering mode; so customers will find in them everything they need: pots, crockery, bed linen, blankets, bath towels and kitchen linen.
In case clients will like to have one or more change of beds sheets, they should pay euro 5.00 for every change.
To know how many people a property can contains, we recommend to look at the relative property’s box in the website; anyway we remind you that a property can’t contain more people than the numbers you’ll find in the property’s box; for any different request we’ll ask the owner.

If customers need a baby cot, this have a cost of euro 5,00 per night.

The rental rate include the use of water and gas; for the electricity use, customers will be charged euro 0,80 per KW/per hour; a first check of the electrical meter, with the property’s owner, will occurr at the moment of arrival; a second check will occurr the day of departure to see how many KW have been used and to pay the balance.

For this reason, any refund will be given if the property shouldn’t be as clients imagine, if not marked out during their staying in Sardinia.
