The Florida is a brand new apartment with private swimming pool located in a quiet residential area just 400 metres from Piazza Mercede. (where you will find the airport bus). The apartment is situated in the ground floor, the florida apartment is within a short walk from a good supermarket, across the road you will find a bakery, news agents and most importantly 10 metres the bus stop for the centre and the beach.

The apartment is situated over 2 levels, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, this room has door out to the terrace and pool, the other bedroom has a large double pull out sofa bed, both rooms have large airy windows. The whole apartment is fully air conditioned in the summer are heated in the winter, and have large flat screen tv satelite. On the lower floor basement with windows: there is an open plan modern kitchen comprising of an hob oven, microwave and boiler, a lounge/dining area with a large sofa, flat screen tv, log burning fire, table with chairs and large leather chair. There is a door that opens and leads to the terrace via a spirl stair case and the private pool, around the pool there are sun loungers, tables and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco.

The owner, who lives in-front of the apartment, takes care of the cleaning of the pool and on some rare occasions he has free time, will also want to use the pool.
